Dr Mohd Yusof Ibrahim is an Orthopaedic and Arthroplasty Consultant at Hospital Sultan Zainab II, Kota Bharu. He graduated as Medical Doctor (M.D) from UKM in 1994 and Master in Orthopedic (M.S Ortho) from HUSM in 2001. He was the 1st batch of subspecialty Arthroplasty training under MOH Malaysia in 2005 in JRU, HKL. In 2007, he underwent Fellowship in Joint Arthroplasty Surgery (Knee and Hip joints) for 1 year at Singapore General Hospital. In 2015, he underwent Fellowship training for shoulder and Elbow Arthroplasty surgery at Bad Neustard Hospital, Germany. Dr Yusof was the chief subspecialty Arthroplasty training programme for MOH Malaysia from 2018 to 2024. The areas of his expertise including Knee and Hip Joint arthroplasty for the revision and complex degenerative like DDH and also UKA.
