Professor Dr Amran obtained his medical   degree from University Malaya in 1995 and subsequently his Master degree from Universiti  Sains  Malaysia  in  2003.  He has   more than 20 years of experience in the field of orthopedics.   His   main   area   of   expertise are adult   joint    reconstructive, general orthopedic, orthopaedic    research    and   traumatology.    Professor    Dr.    Amran    has extensive research done throughout his glittering career locally and abroad. He is a life member of Malaysian Orthopaedic (MOA) and Malaysian Society of Hip and Surgeons (MSHKS) along   with   other   various International societies. He is currently a board member of Malaysia Orthopedic Specialty Committee
