Professor Kang-Il Kim is Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Kyung Hee University School of Medicine and Director of the Center for Advanced Regenerative Medicine at Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong. He also leads the Adult Reconstruction Service at the Center for Joint Diseases. His clinical and research interests include knee arthroplasty, osteotomy, orthopaedic trauma, stem cell therapy, and regenerative medicine. He currently serves as President of the Korean Knee Society and has held leadership roles in several national and international orthopaedic societies including International Knee Society. Professor Kim has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and major clinical trials in joint reconstruction and musculoskeletal regeneration.
