Dr. Teh Hak Lian is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital with over 15 years of experience. He specialises in hip and knee arthroplasty, including robotic-assisted joint replacement, complex primary arthroplasty, and revision surgery. After obtaining his Master of Orthopaedic Surgery from Universiti Sains Malaysia, he completed subspecialty and fellowship training in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Dr. Teh was the second arthroplasty surgeon in the Malaysian Ministry of Health to introduce robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery within the Malaysian public healthcare system. He is an active educator and invited speaker dedicated to advancing arthroplasty through innovation, evidence-based practice, and excellence in patient care.
