Prof. Chen Zhu is a Distinguished Professor awarded by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China under the “Changjiang Scholar” program. He serves as the Executive Director of the Department of Orthopaedics, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor at the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (Anhui Provincial Hospital), China. His clinical practice focuses on hip and knee arthroplasty, complex revision surgeries, arthroscopic minimally invasive procedures, and the promotion of prevention and treatment protocols for periprosthetic joint infections. He has published over 70 SCI-indexed research papers and has led five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He also serves as an editorial board member for several academic journals.
